TIMM is a meditation using a special combination of shapes, colors, breathing and eyes movements to balance left brain, right brain (logical and emotional mind) with the support of the midbrain (the subconscious mind). It is also a short form of meditation / visualization / imagery technique you can do in a minute!

Look intently to the TIMM image and after going into a meditative state create the same image in your mind's eye while controlling  your breath and eyes position as indicated in the office.
